Background
Oracle EBS is being utilized for Human Resources, Financials, Procure to Pay cycles by cutomer. Customer was using 11.5.10.2 version. Customer wanted to upgrade to R12.2 but budget was very low.
Our Solution
Helped customer upgrade to R12 using a like to like model. Migrated/Implemented new functionality and nice to have customitions after upgrade to minimize cost and to reduce risk on the upgrade project.
All customizations in R11 were successfully migrated to R12 post upgrade and included complex upgrades in financials.
